It's easy to use and doesn't tangle easily, which is good. Even though I hooked the hair at the right amount, half of it wraps around while spinning and the other half stays unwrapped. It seems like you need to grab less than you think... For those with thick hair, it might take quite a while to do all of it. Grabbing enough hair to wrap around naturally would be better. The product quality itself is fine and okay.
Buy it now... I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to write one so I even took a picture. I've never had success with straightening my hair in my life, so I sprayed and applied curl cream, but my curls fall out in 10 minutes. I didn't do anything else with this or spray, but my curls stayed in place for hours without needing any skills. It's a waste of time worrying about it. Please buy it.
First of all, it's very easy to use. Just wrap the hair around the groove-like area at the top, then rotate it, and the hair will automatically be aligned with the heat element. After a bit of time, you can remove it, and you'll get a curl. This is a must-buy. Highly recommended.
